Role Overview
Our Manager of Product and Client Analytics will shape & drive our reporting framework, working cross-functionally across Product and Engineering teams to enable and land insights for Client Success and Sales, enabling teams to drive the achievement of business goals and intended client outcomes. Leading strategic initiatives to drive the integration of Product performance with client Utilization and Engagement, this individual will play a pivotal role in gaining insights into user behaviors, preferences and feedback. Through the aforementioned collaboration and initiatives, the Manager of Product and Client Analytics will direct the construction of standardized dashboards and reporting while owning and ensuring quality reporting databases.
Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to define requirements and reportable events for new features and enhancements; manages and prioritizes backlog items related to the reporting roadmap.
- Partner with Product and Engagement teams to identify trends and understand user interaction cycle, influencing product and member journey touchpoints.
- Champion the standardization and refinement of both internal and external reporting capabilities, driving the identification and closure of data and analytics gaps, thereby enhancing the efficiency and efficacy of RethinkCare's reporting framework.
- Demonstrate thought leadership in contributing to overall business goals, objectives, and strategies, as well as short- and long-term business priorities.
- Enhances operational efficiency and response times by cultivating a culture of collaboration and trust between the Data Analytics and Quality Assurance teams to ensure swift identification and resolution of data discrepancies.
Skills:
- Ability to perform advanced analysis in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics
- Own and execute your projects from start to finish
- 7+ years’ experience in an analyst function
- 5+ years’ experience in customer success, or operations functions preferred
- Experience in SaaS business models
- Excellent presentation and communications skills - a comfortable and engaging delivery style
- Track-record of data driven projects that have made an impact on the business
- Ability to quickly adapt based on business needs and prioritize appropriately
- Ability to engage and drive trust with internal teams to foster collaborative partnerships
- Ability to work effectively and manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
- Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills
- Influential - ability to influence others
- Empathetic: able to understand the needs and pressures of others and develop plans and programs to best address those needs
Industry Knowledge:
- Proactively builds and maintains a strong knowledge of healthcare landscape, market trends, and potential threats customers face. Coordinates with internal team members to gather industry data of assigned accounts.
- Understanding of mental wellbeing market, needs, and challenges.
Professional Experience:
- Strong analytics capabilities - building, analyzing, and interpreting customer data to present ROI
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting or similar client-facing functions
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in partnering with internal teams across an organization
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintaining strict attention to detail
