We have an opportunity for an Intune Support Engineer to join our IT team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to be part of a growing Information Technology team, working directly with our Director of Infrastructure Systems and provide IT support to the entire Rethink organization.  
 
What you will do:
  • Subject matter expert in all Microsoft Intune technologies.
  • Execute key projects to advance Intune capabilities and services such as Windows Autopilot, MDM, MAM, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and App deployment.
  • Provide technical expertise around Microsoft 365 messaging and collaboration offerings, including processes, standards, best practices for the platform.
  • Monitor Helpdesk queue for inbound issues.
  • Complete end-user helpdesk issues as assigned.
  • Provide Tier 1-2 troubleshooting support for a complete range of systems and network issues.
  • Partnering with vendors, IT Security, and compliance to ensure data and endpoint protection policies are configured appropriately using Microsoft Defender.
  • Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing, upgrading, and configuring applications.
  • Adherence to and enforcement of all information security protocols.
  • Follow ITIL processes such as incident, change, problem, and request.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 5 years’ experience or more with Microsoft 365 technologies with a concentration in Microsoft Intune.
  • Experience or more with networking technologies (routing, switching, firewall, wireless).
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Apps Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc); backend platform services (Intune, Azure, MS Defender, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Experience supporting mobile devices.
  • Virus and malware detection, prevention, and removal techniques.
  • Strong desire to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and proficient with documentation of processes.
  • Professional written/verbal communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or similar (not required, but preferred).
