  • Develop comprehensive event plans, project timelines, logistics, budgets, and success metrics for each program.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event execution, ensuring every experience reflects a premium, professional brand presence.

  • Evaluate and recommend event opportunities, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and field marketing programs that support business objectives.

Demand Generation & Marketing Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with Demand Generation Managers to develop integrated event campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline.

  • Partner on attendee acquisition strategies, event promotion, nurture campaigns, and post-event follow-up programs.

  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve event performance, attendee engagement, and marketing impact.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Support executive leadership and subject matter experts participating in events, speaking engagements, webinars, and customer-facing programs.

  • Build strong relationships across Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams.

  • Confidently interact with C-level executives, customers, partners, and external stakeholders.

  • Manage relationships with venues, agencies, event partners, production vendors, and suppliers.

  • Ensure all event materials, gifting, hospitality, and branded experiences align with company standards and brand expectations.

Event Execution & Experience Management

  • Lead on-site event execution, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees, customers, prospects, and executives.

  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail across logistics, branding, messaging, attendee experience, and event presentation.

  • Troubleshoot issues in real time and adapt quickly in dynamic event environments.

  • Travel as needed to support in-person events and conferences.

Measurement & Optimization

  • Track and report event performance metrics including attendance, engagement, pipeline influence, opportunities generated, and ROI.

  • Analyze results and make recommendations to improve future event performance.

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing Operations to ensure accurate lead capture, routing, and follow-up processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or related marketing roles.

  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing events like conferences, trade shows, webinars, executive events, and customer-facing programs.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

  • Experience partnering directly with executive leadership and customer-facing teams.

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed for events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graphic design or basic layout skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Expires 05/31/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
