Rethink is the leading global provider of online research-based resources to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Our behavioral health platform (http://RethinkBH.com) provides clinical tools, staff training and practice management for private ABA service providers. Due to autism insurance mandates sweeping the nation, our behavioral health division is experiencing unprecedented growth. Therefore, we are looking for the right person to join our sales team! 

The Channel Manager will develop, grow, and manage a network of strategic partners to accelerate RethinkBH’s market reach and revenue. This role combines relationship management, sales enablement, and strategic planning to drive success through partnerships with EMR vendors, referral networks, and other healthcare solution providers.

The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder with experience managing partner ecosystems in a SaaS or healthcare technology environment.

Core Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue and market growth through key partnerships.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners aligned with RethinkBH’s market objectives.
  • Define success metrics and go-to-market plans for each partner segment.

Partner Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners, serving as their primary contact and advocate within RethinkBH.
  • Drive partner satisfaction and engagement through regular communication, business reviews, and performance check-ins.

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Collaborate with partners on joint sales initiatives, lead generation programs, and co-branded campaigns.
  • Enable partners to position and sell RethinkBH’s solutions effectively to behavioral health providers and enterprise clients.
  • Track and report on partner performance against revenue goals.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze partner KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Deliver quarterly partner reports summarizing sales performance, pipeline health, and ROI of partner activities.

Training & Enablement

  • Develop training materials, product resources, and certification programs to equip partners for success.
  • Coordinate ongoing enablement sessions to ensure alignment with new product features and market updates.

Contract & Agreement Management

  • Negotiate partnership agreements, renewals, and revenue-sharing structures.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and performance commitments.

Market Intelligence & Collaboration

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging partnership models.
  • Work cross-functionally with RethinkBH’s Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support partner initiatives and deliver value to shared customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in channel management, partnerships, or B2B SaaS sales, ideally in healthcare or behavioral health tech.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems that drive measurable revenue.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and healthcare provider networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and improve performance.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and partner management tools.
